About Sam:

Sam is an ex professional dancer turned personal trainer who specialises in female body transformations and nutritional coaching. She is currently studying for her Exercise Referral and Level 4 in Managing Lower Back Pain as well as the Precision Nutrition Diploma.

I am a HUGE believer in balance and I have a mission to get as many women as possible understanding that a ‘healthy lifestyle’ is not one that is going to deprive you from life and enjoying life. I also want women to fall in love with themselves again and feel confident in the bodies they are in.

About Lyanne:

Lyanne is an ex professional dancer that realised her energy+need to help people would be put to use through personal training. Through her own experience and training lyanne now specialises in female only body and nutritional transformation taking the holistic approach- dealing specifically with pre/post natal, lower back pain and hormonal imbalanced clients.

Lyanne herself has competed in the UKBFF bikini bodybuilding competitions where she has taken the approach of a balanced diet that fit to her needs, so she knows how it feels to go through the process of making changes but also that you don’t have to restrict/ deprive yourself to see healthy, sustainable life time changes .

Nicolle is currently working as a personal trainer and has been for the past few months. ‘I wanted to become part of the StrongHer team because it was so great to meet more ladies in the fitness industry - something I haven't seen a lot of since I started. And also to meet people who share the same beliefs in regards to fitness, health and well being was so refreshing!’

About Zee:

Hiya, I'm Zeenat, but everyone calls me Zee. I am a mum of one and when I came across the StrongHer brand I just admired everything that it stood for. It called out to me!

My health and fitness journey started after I had my daughter and I found myself facing some health issues. Before I knew it, my passion to be healthier and StrongHer ;) grew. It had become a part of me. I believe in balance because I have a sweet tooth and love my dessert!

Erin is a full time student at the London School of Economics. “As someone who has a background of body confidence issues, I strongly believe it is so important to empower women to have the confidence to embark on their own fitness journey whatever their individual goal.

I feel there is a misperception that fitness is all about changing yourself, but I believe that it is about becoming a better version of yourself and accepting yourself for who you are, and that’s the message I want to promote

DON'T MAKE ME CHOOSE! I LOVE Barry's (am I allowed to say that?!), I LOVE a strong Vinyasa class, I LOVE reformer pilates and of course I LOVE chucking heavy things about in a gym. I also enjoy swimming, running, boxing and cycling - I'm a total exercise junkie!

Obviously peanut butter.
