THIS LOW IMPACT, BUT INTENSE SESSION AIMS TO EXPAND YOUR MOVEMENT CAPABILITIES, WITH A FOCUS ON YOUR HIPS, SPINE, SHOULDERS, CORE & GLUTES. USING JUST YOUR BODY WEIGHT, (WITH A COUPLE OF BANDS & TRX THROWN IN FOR GOOD MEASURE).

GREAT FOR NEWBIES, ACTIVE RECOVERY DAYS, THOSE WITH INJURIES THAT NEED REHAB WORK.
