Your path to becoming StrongHer starts with an initial 1:1 consultation online with our membership team. After that we’ll get you onboarded and you can get on the next weekly intake, which happens every Monday!

We hold consultations online so it’s easier to fit into your schedule! We’ll send you a link ahead of the session.

If you feel like it’s a good fit, we’ll get you signed up! You’ll be invited to attend a member onboarding which take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays. You'll then get started on the following Monday.
