During your 1:1 consultation, we'll:

  • Create your personalised strength roadmap

  • Match you with the perfect programme and sessions

  • Introduce you to our supportive community and what we’re really all about

  • Get you signed up for our 6 Weeks to StrongHer programme - currently the only way you can join StrongHer.

1. Get on the waitlist

This is what you need to do first! One of our membership team will be in touch ASAP to get you booked in

2. Attend 1:1 consultation call

We’ll send out an invite and link to the online Zoom call where we can answer any questions and see if we’re a good fit!

3. Sign up

Sign up for the 6 Weeks to StrongHer programme and book in for your onboarding session in studio - they take place on a Weds or Sat.

4. Get started!

Once you’ve attended your onboarding, you can get started on the next Monday! Make sure you’ve watched the onboarding video, got the app and arrive 10 mins before your first session.

  • During this relaxed 1:1 chat, we'll discuss your goals, experience, and what you want to achieve. It's our chance to understand you better and create a programme that perfectly matches your needs.

  • Just come as you are! We'll guide the conversation and help you explore your fitness goals. It's a casual chat where we get to know each other and discuss how we can best support your journey.

  • We hold consultations online so it’s easier to fit into your schedule! We’ll send you a link ahead of the session.

  • If you feel like it’s a good fit, we’ll get you signed up! You’ll be invited to attend a member onboarding which take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays. You'll then get started on the following Monday.
