Welcome to the world of glute gains, where we're all about embracing the fabulous, fierce, and fun side of fitness, and we aren't just talking about your behind. A deadlift is the OG power(lifting) move. Making you look real badass aside, the deadlift has a bunch of fitness and health benefits - BUT you have to make sure you’re doing it right. StrongHer is not your ordinary gym, and this is not your ordinary guide; this is your science-baked deadlifting guide designed with women in mind!
This will be taught by our new partner Cali Kulture. In this class you will focus on movements like Pull ups, dips, push ups and handstands!
