Our memberships

We have some incredible membership options available for you, as soon as you’ve completed our 6 weeks to StrongHer programme. We want to make sure you have the foundations of strength training covered before you jump into a membership.

Fill out the form below and we’ll be in touch to book a 1:1 chat with you.

What memberships do you have?

We have memberships ranging from £40 to £400, depending on how you want to train with us after the 6 weeks to StrongHer programme.

You’re not tied into a contract after those first six weeks, so you can leave and go it alone (although we think you might want to stay - like 75% of our other graduates!)

And for staying, we’ll give you a money-back discount on your session membership - saving yourself £49 per month!

Session memberships:

Depending on how many times you’ve been attending throughout your 6 weeks will determine what membership we recommend.

  • Our memberships are based on large group personal training sessions, with a maximum of 16 people per strength session.

  • Our coaches are experienced and fully qualified so can adapt the training programme based on your ability. We’re not about ego lifting around here!

  • All our sessions are planned in 6-week blocks, designed specifically to help you get stronger.

Session memberships also include:

  • Full access to our gym space

  • Saturday socials once a month where you can bring a friend for free

  • Guest passes to use every month

  • Complimentary towel hire

If you’d prefer to try small group training, with a maximum of 4 people per session, we do have Warrior Programme available.

A gym-only membership is available, but only once you’ve graduated from the 6 weeks to StrongHer programme.

“One of my biggest fears was just not being able to keep up or not being able to do something. But I think that’s one of the coolest things about training with weights: you’re always working at your own level, and challenging your own limits, rather than trying to keep up with anyone else.”
