International Women’s Day 2022 with StrongHer

March marks International Women’s Day and as a female, black, queer-owned and empowered brand it would not be right if we did not celebrate the phenomenal women in our midst throughout the ENTIRE month!

We are proud that together despite our different backgrounds, beliefs and experiences we challenge every stereotype and shatter all limitations placed on women DAILY to #BreakTheBias within the fitness industry and beyond!

Here’s a look at what we have on in March:
To celebrate the very strong ass women in our community we are super excited to share that to mark IWD 2022, we'll be running a week of nominations starting from March first for members to nominate other members that are #breakingthebias and the reasons why. On IWD (Tuesday 8th March), we'll have a Polaroid Camera at the ready to take a snap of our in-studio members and will be writing on the backs how they are going to #BreakTheBias this 2022.

Step into your power with StrongHer at 6pm on IWD our founders Tig and Sam will be joining Fora in conversation to explore the topic of Female Entrepreneurship, Diversity and Leadership, followed by a 30-minute workout.

Last but not least we have come together with some of our partners to bring you an awesome giveaway jam-packed with goodies… over £1000 worth! To be in with a chance of winning enter here.

Imagine a gender-equal world.

A world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination.

A world that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive.

A world where difference is valued and celebrated.

Together we can forge women's equality.

Collectively we can all #BreakTheBias.

Individually, we're all responsible for our own thoughts and actions - all day, every day.

We can break the bias in our communities.

We can break the bias in our workplaces.

We can break the bias in our schools, colleges and universities.

Together, we can all break the bias - on International Women's Day (IWD) and beyond.
