StrongHer has a unique offering as we offer 45-60 minute classes that cater to every woman no matter what part of their fitness journey they are and we also champion you to build your own business. From strength training techniques,high-intensity cardio, and small group personal training our studio offers you a chance to be yourself as well as develop and grow as a coach. At StrongHer we are about developing you as a coach and a brand, as well as giving you the pathways to suit the type of coach you are. We train you in the StrongHer classes, and concepts over a period of 12 weeks.

Weeks 1-4
You start as a *Gym floor coach (up to 20 hours pw) responsible for inductions and being a familiar face on the gym floor whilst training up in our small group training concepts & LVL UP.

Weeks 5-8
The gym floor Coach role continues as well as covers opportunities for our small group training & LVL UP. You now also are trained up in a further 4 concepts

Weeks 9-12
The gym floor Coach role continues- Cover all concepts, review with head coach & choose which coaching pathway you wish to pursue.

Pathways are:
Small group training Coach
Class Coach
Hybrid Coach(Both classes and Small group)

All pathways include some gym floor hours.

*You are paid throughout your training time for Gym floor hours

HOW IT WORKS

TRAINING PROGRAMME

StrongHer Instructor Training Program is up to 12 weeks long

  • Be prepared to attend Thursdays from 1 - 4 PM for the duration of your training (timings may vary)

  • The training program is intended to provide you with the tools needed to teach all of our StrongHer concepts, and understand women's wellness, menstrual cycles and nutrition and recovery best practices.

 

SKILLS

  • Can hold a LVL 2 but must be working towards a LVL 3 or already a LVL 3 Personal training qualification/sports specific degree

  • Preferred but not essential, some experience with a class or small group training

  • Eager to learn and continue professional development and education within women’s wellness & strength training

  • Must have access to phone and email communication

  • Must have access to a laptop
