Level Up and Level Up Foundations become one! When you attend, we’ll guide you through the movements and ask whether you’d like to follow the Level Up programme or the Foundations programme.
• This approach allows newer members to train alongside more experienced members, creating a supportive environment where you can gain confidence, learn from others, and see what Level Up is like.
• It also provides greater flexibility, as you’ll have more opportunities to attend sessions while still receiving tailored support.
